A person selected a bottled beverage from a rustic wooden shelf in a store, with several similar bottles arranged on the shelf.

Bootleggers Homemade Wine began with two country winemakers who just happen to be sisters. To create the finest homegrown Appalachian wines, we start from scratch using the best fruit and the same small-batch recipes folks in these parts perfected long ago.

There are no machines or fancy equipment, just the stuff you’d find in kitchens throughout the South. We even bottle each batch by hand. It ain’t California or France — just great homemade wine — and when you pop open a bottle you’ll surely know it came from the mountains!

STRAIGHT FROM THE CELLAR

  • Scenic view of a lake surrounded by green hills and mountains under cloudy sky.

    Redneck Reserve

A blend of Cabernet and Muscadine grapes. Starts off with a semi-sweet red wine taste with a sweet and Earthy muscadine finish. One of our strongest wines.

  • A mountainous landscape with snow-capped peaks in the background, grassy hills in the midground, and a modern building with wooden and stone exterior on the hillside.

    Red Raspberry Moscato

This dark red Moscato has a strong Raspberry flavor. This wine is tart throughout just like sour candies or fruit punch. Pairs well with cheesecake or dark chocolate.

  • A modern building with a large glass window, surrounded by yellowish-green plants, set against a mountainous landscape with dry, grassy slopes and rocky peaks.

    Blackberry Wine

This wine tastes like fresh blackberries. Take in two sips; first sip is tart while the second sip is sweet. After this, it will stay sweet through the whole glass.
